Management Team
A graduate of hotel management from Resort College, Queenstown, New Zealand Karan came to India after spending 4 years in New Zealand. With a vision and fresh prospective to hospitality he then took Lamrin Villas, conceptualised and operated it on turnkey basis there by growing business by leaps and bounds. In 2016 he developed Big Mountain Camps (1st Swiss camps in this region) in Bir Biling at an height of 8000 Ft. This initiated growth among locals and they were inspired to open their own camps.

Armed with a degree in hotel management and Masters in Business Administration from Amity University Bhushan honed his skills with some of the renowned brands including Thomas Cook, Starwood Hotels, Carlson Hotels and Best Western Hotels and in key revenue generating areas like Sales, Marketing, Revenue and , Strategy. Bhushan with a passion to excel took on the task to conceptalise, develop, launch and then successful operate Palm Bliss Resort there by delivering profits from inception.
